Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the internal software tool operated by Gal Technologies Artificial Intelligence Ltd ("GTAI", "we", "us") and registered with Google as "Claude Cli" (the "Tool"). By authorising the Tool against a Google account, the user accepts these terms.
2. Nature of the Tool
The Tool is a private, internal automation utility used by GTAI personnel to manage their own Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar data. It is not a commercial product, it is not sold, and it is not offered as a service to the general public. No registration, account or payment is available or required.
3. Permitted use
The Tool may be used only by persons authorised by GTAI, and only against Google accounts those persons are entitled to access. Users must not employ the Tool to access any account without authorisation, to send unsolicited bulk mail, or in breach of any applicable law or of Google's own terms of service.
4. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the actions the Tool performs on their behalf, including messages sent, labels applied, calendar entries created and files modified. The user is responsible for safeguarding the credential the Tool stores on their machine.
5. Third-party services
The Tool relies on services operated by Google and, for draft generation, by Anthropic and Google. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of third-party services. Handling of data by the Tool is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.gal-tech.ai/privacy-policy
6. No warranty
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will not modify or delete data in unintended ways.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or in connection with use of the Tool.
8. Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Tool at any time, in whole or in part, without notice. We may revise these terms; continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
